From your video it appears that your gantry is not parallel with your table. The following diagram may help.

Did they design the Hadron collider to accept a pod you could ride in? Seems a terrible waste if they didn't.

The problem is most prevalent when the machine is going around the tips and tails of the ski running lots of code.
Interesting Tweakie, what about the signal grounds like pins 18-25 on a DB25 connector? can that be grounded at both ends? I hope.
