With bobcadcam I generate the G code for embossing from an image, on three axes. The progress of the program is every 0.3 mm in X. It jumps from an X, say X-250 to X-500. It does not execute the Y or Z commands, but continues in X-250.3 by performing the Y and Z commands corresponding to X-500. This he does in several points of X.
I run the same program again and the jumps are executed in different Xs.
I hope you have explained to me and understand my problem.
Can you suggest the cause?

Can you check that you are using a genuine Mach3 license.

(If you are using an invalid, cracked, or hacked license, Mach may intentionally corrupt your data so as to not let you use your equipment).

Mach3 was never designed to handle conditional Gcode so it is not a task it would perform well.
Although…
I am sure that the output from a load cell could be used in a servo feedback loop to control torque independently from the controller.

Check you have your Probe Input (Mach3 Ports & Pins) Enabled, set to Port#1, Pin11, Active Low.

Thank you....I tried this approach to no positive end...it seemed as there was no power going to the circuit through the probe...

I think you need to apply the 12V to 24V power to your breakout board for the inputs to work ?

Perhaps try running a parallel port tester just to check that is working OK.

In Device Manager check the Address of your LPT Parallel Port and then check that is the address you have entered for Port#1 of Mach3 and that it is enabled.
