This is the new kid on the block. At just 7 weeks old he doesn't know too much about CNC yet but given half the chance I am sure he would be pleased to re-arrange my wiring layout.

Hi Sean,

Welcome to the forum.

I am sure you have already done this but you need to correctly install and enable the plugin as per details here http://cncdrive.com/MC/UC100%20datasheet/UC100%20users%20guide.pdf

Within Mach3;  Config / Config Plugins  check that it is enabled.

Perhaps the first thing you should try is cutting your Velocity and Acceleration settings, in motor tuning, by 50% (for all axes) and see if this cures the problem.
(A G01 feed-rate of 2200 mm/min may be a little optimistic for the Chinese 6040).
