Excellent test results ZASto.

Because different laser wavelengths have differing effects on many materials it is most interesting to see others results on ceramic tiles.
Did your lasered paint infuse into the glaze so that the image cannot be removed with scraping or with thinners ?

Yes the ESS would replace your existing Bitsensor card. Check out the Warp9 website for more details of the ESS https://warp9td.com/

It is a matter of opinion which is best but the Ethernet connected devices are less prone to electrical noise problems than USB connected devices. Having said that I have been using a Pokeys 57CNC with USB connection for some time now and never had any electrical noise issues.

Unfortunately the Bitsensor / RnR plugin combination does not support the M11/M10 command set.
The Warp9 ESS is not the only motion controller that supports these commands but it is one of the best.

Only when I came to make some recent modifications to an engraving machine I found another one of these HID relays had been fitted (a couple of years ago) by my bro. Paul to switch the machines dedicated vacuum pump on/off using modified M3/M5 command scripts. I noticed he had also made a beneficial modification by replacing (disconnecting) the on-board mechanical relay with a SolidStateRelay which makes for low noise, smoother (zero crossing) switching of a.c. loads.

Hi Dieter,

The Edit Gcode button function (German Screen-Set and Original Screen-Set) uses / requires Microsoft Notepad to be installed on the PC.

Mach3 sends information to the USB motion controller which in turn sends instructions to the axis drivers. I know it is easy to always blame somebody else but… If you can only move one axis at a time then I am certain that the problem would be with the BitSensor USB motion controller or the RnR Mach3 plugin.

when i use my right arrow key, the spindle moves left and vice versa with left arrow key. Also, as spindle moves right, the coordinates decrease (become more negative). is this a software or hardware problem? help!!

In Config, / Ports & Pins / Motor Outputs  change the 'Dir Low Active' state for your X axis.
