Hi,

In simulation mode or without the driver installed Mach3 Turn will run without any line limitation with or without a license file installed. It is only when the driver has been installed that the 50 line limit applies.

I don't think you are reading the information in the links I have provided  

Section 10 of the manual describes the F and S commands and if you look up G43 it describes the H parameter and it's function.

Was there any other question ?

I just tried your Gcode (simulation on my PC) and after removing your stop comments it ran all 200 lines just fine.

I am out of ideas on this one.
Perhaps one of the Turn experts has come across this problem before and knows the answer.

It is not a license issue - In Mach3 Turn the unlicensed limit is 50 lines of Gcode.

Do you have any message in the Status bar / window when it stops at line 150 ?

If I load the program code into Mach3 stops always at line 150.

Do you have any message in the status bar when your Gcode stops at line 150 ??

Could be a problem with your Gcode - one install of Mach3 accepts it the other does not. Probably the most common cause of one PC accepting Code and another not is the IJ settings being different between the two PC's. Perhaps check this (Config. / General Config.).

There are known issues with Mach3 version .066 so I suggest that you download and install version R3.043.062 http://www.machsupport.com/software/downloads-updates/
It can be installed over the top of your existing version without loosing your settings but always make a secure backup of your existing Mach3 folder (just in case).

Hi Klaus,

Unfortunately the Mach documentation is spread far and wide.

The main Mach3 screen has G-Code and M-Code buttons – clicking these will give you a brief description of the various functions.
A slightly more detailed explanation of these Codes can be found in Section 10 of the Mach2 manual;   http://www.machsupport.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/02/Mach2Mill_6.11.pdf

Tangent Corner / CO2 Laser Mirror Allignment.

Mirror adjustment / alignment for a CO2 laser is quite a tricky process. It usually involves placing a paper or tape target over successive mirrors and adjusting the previous mirror to centre the beam on the target – it is basically a trial and error process whilst test firing the laser.
This photo, of a slight mishap during a test fire, was posted on another forum and the owner of the finger commented: “it hurt, in fact it hurt quite a lot”.

Don’t we just have to be so careful when operating any of our CNC controlled equipment ?

Opinions differ on this one but my preference was to fit an ‘override’ push button across my EStop  (Limit Switch) circuit. Pressing and holding the button allows me to jogg-off the triggered limit switch. Once the axis has cleared the limit switch and the button is released everything returns to normal.

Hi Friends,

Totally new to DIY-CNC and need your help and support to run my single motor in X axis (Pul/Dir).

I bought Rhino 10kgcm Nema 23 motor with DM542 stepper driver and trying to drive with 24VDC 14.5Amps power supply and 5 axis optical isolated board from Rrmin (Chinese make).

I did the connections as per general guidelines provided on internet, Everything seems fine but motor is not running.

Please support to figure out what is wrong and how to correct it
