Beautiful looking plane Paul. (Mine are all small enough to fit into the estate).
Afraid I cannot suggest anything that may cure the runaway situation - it sounds downright dangerous to me.
I gave up on Mach4 almost a year ago now. I found that I was spending more time looking at the screen and typing than I was actually running the program.
Sadly it seems that if you enjoy LUA programming, macro and problem solving in general then Mach4 is absolutely excellent but if you just want to make stuff with a CNC machine then Mach3 is still years ahead.
