Does this forum allow photos?

Use the Reply tab (not Quick Reply) then Additional Options will let you choose a file, photo, etc. to attach (n.b. the attachment has to have a unique name).

Just out of curiosity what values do you have set for Velocity and Acceleration for the X and Y axes in the Mach3 Motor Tuning ?
Are you using the Parallel Port or an external motion controller ?

Once you have established that Mach3 is the product for you then you can obtain a license from here; http://www.machsupport.com/shop/mach3/
The license then removes the 500 line limit.

Is there an updated Smoothstepper procedure for the latest plugin 186?

It is my understanding that it is the latest documentation which is linked above (Andy is probably working on the update but everything takes it’s time).

Have you tried using the SCU ?
