Something I should perhaps mention here but I will not disclose full details...

If anyone is using an invalid, cracked, hacked or known Pirate License, Mach3 may intentionally corrupt your data so as to not perform as expected. Beware !.

No worries, we had a computer here already. Win 7 32 bit. If this does not work we will get an external controller.

I installed mach 3 on it, however when I plugged the USB into the computer, it said it could not find the "XHC Mach3 Card"

I'm assuming this is a driver that I need. Anyone know where I can find it?

Hi Steve,

Try the M11 / M10 command set. These commands take effect at the instant of axis movement so your Gcode needs an extra line, such as…

M11
G01 X3.73 F15
M10
X3.74

In the ESS setup you can choose which Output pin (controlling your relay) is activated by the M11 / M10 commands.

another question, what's the 'resolution of thread' means? what should fill in for 1/4 NPT?
