From your pic. you have 2 distinctly different issues...
1) The 'dot' burn at the start and end of each toolpath - this can be fixed by using the M11/M10 commands.
2) The streak lines which indicate that the laser is not turning off properly - this can be fixed by using a 'pull-up' or 'pull-down' resistor (depending if your laser uses TTL(L) or TTL(H) switching) connected to the switching signal line for the laser.
