You are using a very old version of Mach3. You should download and install (over the top of your esisting installation) the later version R3.043 which you can download from here;  https://www.machsupport.com/downloads-updates/mach3-downloads/

(Always make a secure backup of your existing Mach3 folder berore making any new install, then you can always retrieve your settings, screen sets, macros, etc. just in case everything goes pear shaped).

Check the setting of your Wantai dip switches (SW5 to SW8) that is the actual steps per revolution you should be using in your calculation.

As a test...
Reduce your X Axis Velocity and Acceleration settings by 50% in Motor Tuning and apply the change. Run your problem Gcode file - do you still get X Axis drift ?

Hi mttopcarver,

Welcome.

In Demo mode Mach3 will only run approx. 500 lines of code. Once the Mach3 license is installed that limit is removed.
