Perhaps Google 'DXF to GCODE' there are a number of free converters available.
F-Engrave is good although I do not know if it supports a Plasma toolpath, you will just have to look and see. http://scorchworks.com/Fengrave/fengrave.html

As a temporary ‘workaround’ until you get a post processor sorted, it is no real problem to use Notepad ‘Find and Replace’ function to automatically change every M11P1 to M62P1 and then every M10P1 to M63P1 (or whatever P#) to convert a Mach3 laser Gcode to a Mach4 laser Gcode.

The post processor file provided by Twinkie on the Mach forum does not work and Vcarve just says "error occurred while outputing toolpath....check the post processor you're using is compatible with the toolpath you're trying to output"

Probably some slight confusion in terms here as there is a big difference between 'it does not work' and 'I cannot get it to work'
The post processor I have linked in my precvious thread does work with Vectric - I know because I am sucessfully using it  - if you are able to use Mach3 and M11P1/M10P1 then you will be able to use Mach4 and M62P1/M63P1 in exactly the same way.

Yes, I already tried renaming the files as part of my initial posting (* -> *-Copy.xml/jpg).  That didn't help...

I don't already have "files of the same name" in my posting...  Is it possible that if ANYONE, ANYWHERE on this forum has EVER uploaded a file of the same name, this causes an issue?  Could that actually be the issue?  Am I just supposed to keep trying random file names until I find an unused one?  If so, this seems pretty stupid...

I will try again (with some really obscure filenames) once I get out to my shop in a few minutes...

Really stupid or not, that is just the way it is.

Take you file name and ad an a or a b or aa or aaa to the end of it, that will make it uique.
