I have test run your .xml file here and cannot find any problems with your mach3 settings. Your offset subsequent toolpaths are bit of a mystery - could it be mechanically related to your machine ?
Could you attach your Gcode file.

From your pictures, the attached...
pic.1 indicates some sort of machine rigidity problem causing a wobbly toolpath ?
pic.2 indicates excess burn at the start / end of the toolpath - perhaps you are not using the M11Px / M10Px commands for your laser switching ?

Can you attach your <your profile> .xml file which is in your Mach 3 folder. This will allow us to replicate your Mach3 settings and try to find the problem.

Could be that you are loosing steps. To test for this try reducing the Velocity and Acceleration, in Motor Tuning by 50%, then apply the changes, for both your X and Y axis.
Does this change the results ?

Hi,

After downloading the Dark Screen you need to unzip the file then copy the folder DarkScreenBitmaps to your Mach3 Bitmaps folder and copy the DarkScreen.set to your Mach3 folder. Then you should have all the correct graphics and legends.

My best guess would be that your parallel port PCI-E card needs to be changed for one that outputs the 5 Volt TTL standard and finding one may be difficult but I think that is the way forward.
An alternative is to use an ethernet connected external motion controller instead of using the parallel port.

Hi,

The Port 1 Pins Current State do not always work as intended so they should not be taken as accurate. Best to ignore them alltogether.

Most of the Chinese breakout boards require a 5 Volt TTL standard for all the input pins. Most of the new Parallel Port cards have 3.3 Volt TTL standard outputs. Measure your X axis or Y axis Dir. pins whilst using the keyboard arrow keys and check that the voltage toggles between 0V and 5V.

Report back on your findings.

In Demo Mode Mach3 will only run the first 500 lines of Gcode.

You can purchase a Mach3 license from here; https://www.machsupport.com/software/mach3/ once the license is installed then it will run the whole of your Gcode program.
