Now before you all say that I should get out more - this was profile cut on a rainy afternoon when the local 'house of ill repute' was closed for redecoration. I don't think it involves quantum mechanics or string theory so we should be able to solve this mystery.

The cutter I used to make the copy of Kent's wonderful white tiger is this one. It is solid carbide, single flute, reground ballnose shape, 3mm diameter. Not the smallest I have but it's a tough one.
