Mach3's Feed Hold does not need to be stopped.

With Mach3 Feed Hold always needs to be followed by Stop.

1, Feed Hold
2, Stop
3, designation of arbitrary line
4, Rotate Spindle
5, Cycle Start

In Config. / General Config. change the IJ Mode state then regen. the toolpath.
In your Gcode, line 204 'G0T0303' is incorrect.

Hi Karlos73,

Unfortunately this forum does not support Novusun / Digital Dream products due to their continued Mach3 license violation. This thread refers; https://www.machsupport.com/forum/index.php?topic=24331.0

You need to contact the supplier of your Digital Dream UC300 equipment and seek their advice on the appropriate Mach3 settings.

In general, the Chinese motion controllers (which have no manufacturers support) seldom work well and you may find that changing to an EU or USA manufactured motion controller (which do have manufacturers support) is the best way forward.

If you have to get another PC then you could perhaps also get an adapter which will let you read the files from your existing HDD (or SSD) via USB. Then you can transfer your existing .xml file to your new PC.

Just a thought.

Unfortunately the Mach4 Parallel Port addon is only designed to drive a 'Parallel Port' built into the PC not an external USB to Parallel Port adapter. The PCMI type Parallel Port adapters may be OK but the best option is to use an EU or USA manufactured external motion controller (avoid the Chinese products) such as one of the following;

Its a little quirk in so far as the load file type is stored in your <profile> .xml file which is only updated when Mach3 is shut down.

Set 'File of type' to (*.txt) then load your .txt file. Shutdown then re-open Mach3. It should now be set for loading *.txt files.

(there are probably other ways of doing this but one method is as good as the other)
