They are text labels placed on the screenset that do not display. I don't have Mach3 here, but you should be able to look at one of the default wizards and figure it out. The Mach2 customization guide also tells you how to do it.

You're getting the Scripter Compiler error in your wizard, you probably just don't have anything to display it.
Usually, it's due to a syntax error, but without seeing the code, it's nearly impossible to say.

This is a very common issue lately, frequently caused by weak or lower voltage (3.3V)  parallel ports  and breakout boards that require 5V signals.

If you go To Config > Homing/Limits, and uncheck "Home Negative" for those axis, then it will home positive.
If you set a Home Offset of 98 for the X and 52 for the Y, then your machine coordinates will be positive, with 0,0 in the lower left, but Home in the upper right

Are your steps/unit set correctly? If you change the native units, you need to change the steps/unit as well.

I don't think it's ever worked like you're saying.
The ToGo button changes the display of the DRO to the distance remaining in the move.
