There are known issues with Mach3 and using Feedrate Override over 100%. You're better off using a higher feedrate in your g-code and using FRO to slow it down.

An easier way might be to get a device that sends keystokes, and just assign hotkeys to the buttons.

The jogging rate is a percentage of the current feedrate, which defaults to 6. In General Config, you can add a feedrate to the Initialization string, like F50, or F150.

1500mm/min is about 60 inches/minute  (1500\25.4)
Same with accel (I think), divide by 25.4

The N43xx are optional line numbers, so you can do it with or without a line number. It needs to be before the M30, because M30 rewinds back to the beginning. Here are two ways to do it.

Yes, that's what I was referring to. I really need to change that.

That message means that the probing operation has completed. The only way that happens is if the probe input is triggered.
Other users that have run into this is have added a capacitor across the input to work around the noise.
