Yes, G4 P3 is Pause 3 seconds.

Code "G90 G31Z-100" means probe down in Z 100mm.

Mach3 works in units/min, so 5mm/sec would be 300mm/min
Code "G90 G31Z-100. F300"

Code "G0 Z20" will rapid to Z= 20mm, which would be 14mm above your plate.

1.14 is the latest version.
The updated macro on my site (M909) is only needed if you have you're probe mounted away from the spindle, and are specifying the offset coordinates.

There should be a UC100 V2_151.dll file in your Mach3\plugins folder, if you downloaded the latest plugin from CNC Drive.
The .dll is all you need in the plugins folder.

If you were already running a 64 bit OS, then you shouldn't see any difference with Windows 10. The only thing is that you might want to defer updates. so it doesn't update while running a program.

Is this a VFD? Is it using an analog control voltage? If so, where is the voltage coming from? And have you measured the voltage?
