To answer Hood's question, Yes, it's usually the cheaper drives that suffer from resonance. Mine happens to be a Xylotex. A lot of people don't really know they're getting resonance issues until they add dampers, which can double or triple the performance of inexpensive drives.

You could ry mounting it to the other end of the screw. Some people have had good results by using a hockey puck, drilling a slightly under size hole and just pressing it onto the shaft.

The macro is saved in the button. Choose Operator > Edit button script, and save the macro there.

I just read an article in MaximumPC magazine about hacking the kinect to do other stuff, like motion capture for 3D animation. If they add it to Aspire, I'll have to get one.

AS Hood said before, you need to get the post to add G91.1.
I'd recommend adding it after the G20 G90 G64 G40 line, like this, as it shouldn't be on the same line as G90 (one will be ignored.)

You can't really use that .dxf file as is. It's an axcellent example of how bad rater to vector conversions are for CNC cutting. The attached image shows 1/2" of the perimeter of your part, and this is what you're asking the tool to do in that 1/2". There are over 50 moves, in all different directions.

You really need to draw that part with arcs in a CAD program.
