Check if the native units are set correctly. One thing you can also try is copy the Mach3mill.xml from the good PC to the one that's not working correctly. Provided everything is exactly the same, that should fix it.

Use task manager to check CPU usage. If it's at 100%, then you're PC may be too slow. Also try turning off the toolpath screen and see if it works OK then.

If you didn't have Aspire then what would you do?

If you have the ability to create the 3D models, then MeshCAM can do indexed 4th axis for under $200. www.meshcam.com

When routing wood, unless you are using very small tooling (<.125"), 10,000-18,000 rpm's is all you need. With a 1/4" bit, you can cut at 300ipm at about 14,000 rpm.

Tweakie mentioned blowing the dust out of the cut to prevent burning. While that helps, and will extend tool life, there's no substitute for cutting fast. If you need an air jet to prevent burning, then you're cutting too slow.

There are spiral router bits that look like metal cutting endmills. Although many people do use metal cutting endmills to cut wood.

Cutter Comp works fine in demo mode. I've used it extensively over the years testing before my machine was running.

But, as Sam said, you're code is not using comp.

I just ran your original code, and the toolpath did indeed make a 2.5" circle. If your seeing 1.75, something else is wrong.

You need to use the analog output of the C23 to provide 0-10V to the VFD. See page 4 of the manual, "Configuring the Analog Output: "
