If i go to my home on the table and zero every thing, on my Offsets screen the currant work offsets are not at zero.

Because when you zero an axis, you're setting an offset for that axis, relative to the machine coordinates.

The only way to have your offsets stay at zero is to always work in machine coordinates, which means that you can never zero the axis except for homing.

Just ref all to my home switches, and zeroed all, on my settings page the encoder position still has misc positions shown should I zero to the DRO here

Unless you actually are using encoders, then just ignore them.

Did you actually try running it? Sometimes what you see may not be what you get.

If it does run like it looks, then it's probably just another in a long list of G1/G42 bugs.

You need to grease the ballscrew regularly (but not too much).
I'd ask Romaxx what they recommend.

What kind of machine is this? You need to check all the moving components for binding. Lubricate if necessary.
If that doesn't help, you may need to lower your accel and velocity in motor tuning.

You're not going to get those results by starting with a picture. Relief images like that are often created from 3D models.
Pictured don't contain any height information, so they'll never quite look like you'd expect them to.

It really depends on what you want to do.
Do you want to convert the picture to vectors (lines) and engrave along the vectors?

You'd need a raster to vector converter to do this.

Or, do you want to use the picture to create a 3D like relief?
MeshCAM and others can do this. Results woth this method are usually not very good, but the contents of the picture can make a big diffrence.

The USB port on that board only provides 5V to the board. It's not used to send/receive data.
