First, most of use don't use LazyCAM.
As a woodworker who's been using CNC machines for almost 20 years, I can tell you that I almost never climb cut. The main use of climb cutting wood for me is cutting rabets.

If your cutting plastics or aluminum, then always climb cut.

Make sure the default units in Mach3 are set to inches.
Then, make sure you're in inch mode (G20) and use MDI to move 1". Make sure it moves 1".

When you have an issue that nobody else has, then nobody will have an answer.

I'd first try deleting your .xml file and creating a new one. If that doesn't work, I'd uninstall Mach3, and then reinstall and see if that works.

I sure hope they add the ability to create our own LED's, as those round ones look like they came from a DOS program..

What is wrong with the LEDs?  The fact that they are round?  If so, you just change the shape property to square and get Mach3 style LEDs.

The round ones appear to be very low resolution, and the graphic quality looks poor compared to everything else on the screen. Any chance of getting image based LED's like Mach3 has, so we can create our own?

Mach3 should be controlling everything.

Depending on the spindle, there may be sensors that tell you if there's a tool loaded, so you don't try to load a tool when there's already one loaded. BEtter spindles have these, but I don't if the Chinese ones do.

In Mach3, your M6 macro controls the entire tool change.

I'm assuming that the pressure switch is a safety to E-Stop the system if the air pressure drops?

Both pressure switches and pneumatic valves are available in a variety of voltages, commonly 24VDC and 110V AC.

You would have the pressure switch trigger a relay to activate an input on the breakout board.

And you'd have an output on the breakout  board activate a relay, which would activate the valve.

You need to choose relays with appropriate voltage values to match the other components.

If you check Ebay for MAC valves, you can often find new high quality valves for $10-$20. Or, you can buy new chinese valves for about the same price.
