I'd change it to use two buttons. Have the cycle start check the conditions, and if OK, run. If not OK, hit the other button to get ready to run.

When you tell it to go 700mm, it goes 701. So you divide 700 by 701, and multiply it by the steps per unit, which should get you what you want.

700/701 * 314.96 = 314.511328

Screws have some error, and are rarely what they are supposed to be. Try this number and see if it's better.

What does your M990 look like? I'm guessing it's saving coordinates while Mach is still moving. Also. what is your steps/unit in motor tuning?

Assuming it's not a lead in issue, basically, just make sure any inside corners have a radius larger than the tools radius. That's it.

You'll only get the error when using G41/G42, because Mach3 can't apply the offset.

There is the option in General Config, something like  "no FRO on que" which will feedhold instantly, at the expense of FRO response.

Tab toggles screen 50. If you don't want TAB to do anything, don't use screen 50. If you want to toggle other screens, you''ll need to do it with VB code. It won't work exactly the same, though. You'd really just be changing screens, and then going back to a previous one. Screen 50 is the only one that'll flyout.

To add screens, just choose the # from a drop down list. There are 99 available.
