BobCAD is capable of working with .stl files. I don't use it myself, but I've seen numerous posts on other forums where people were using it for .stl  files.

If you have the right software, you can convert an .stl to a .dxf or any other mesh file format, but I don't think that would help you at all.

In Config >Homing/Limits, do you have a Home Offset of -2?
If so, then noise is probably triggering your switch.

You need to convert your point cloud to an .stl file. If you can't get MachCloud to work, try MeshLAB.
THen bring your .stl into a CAM program like MeshCAM, and create your toolpaths and g-code. That's all there is to it.

Screen 4. I'm still running XP for a few more months. At the current time, I have no plans to do any more Mach3 screen editing.

You can't change the font size of anything in Mach3. Fonts are scaled to the height of whatever they are in.
You can change the actual font in Mach3 itself, but not the size.
Sorry, but I don't use Machscreen.

G91.1
G91
G90.1 G90

You'll end up in G91.1 and G90.
It's not a bug. They are all in the same modal group, and when more than one are on the same line, only the last one on the line is read.

I would uninstall Mach3 completely, including the driver, then restart windows and re-install Mach3 again. You shouldn't be getting an error message in Mach3
