Increase the feedrate. You have it set to 15ipm in line N45 (F15.0)

I think we went over this before, but when you lower the accel and velocity and it stalls, it's probably due to resonance.

Also, when it cuts too deep, be sure to check the Z DRO and see what it says.

Most likely, the Z axis is stalling when it should be moving up. The cumulative affect is that the Z goes too deep.

My very old Dell GX150 (PIII, 1Ghz) works great. Spare motherboards with CPU's are $20 on Ebay.

Rich, have you tried disabling ACPI in the bios BEFORE installing windows?

When it goes through the stock, what does the Z axis DRO show? The code only says to go down .0625, so it sounds like a mechanical problem.

Actually, adding the arcs when offsetting is the proper way to offset, as it gives a smoother toolpath. The issue is why Mach doesn't like the code and is doing circles. Are they IJ arcs, or R arcs?

My guess is that the .dxf has the arcs, but you just don't see them.

It's I and K, not I and J. Just swap the j's for k's.

I is for X, J is for Y, K is for Z.

BobCAD must be putting arcs in there, as Mach wouldn't "circle" if there were only straight segments. Can you post the .dxf and the g-code?
