You need to choose the correct post processor when saving. Below the file name, choose the appropriate Mach3 postprocessor by clicking in "Save As Type". The first one in the list (Anilam) gives the .m extension

1) After you create the toolpath, a small Accept Toolpath window opens. Onthe bottom of this window, is a  "Save Toolpath" button, which is where you save the g-code.

2) You must do a roughing pass before a finishing pass if you use a short tool. If the parameters for the tool are entered correctly, then MeshCAM will prevent the shank from crashing.

3)Yes, I believe it's in seconds.

4)For wood, using a 3mm ball endmill, I usually cut at 2500mm/min or faster, at about 14,000 rpm. I've never used MeshCAM for cutting aluminum.

The driver was changed after the lockdown to give more consistent results for more users.

Imo, Mach3 is at the point where every fix breaks something else. Your best bet is to find a version that works good and don't change unless you find a bug.

You have a 1 second delay in your sub. Try removing the Sleep(1000)

Inside of the brackets, when A spindle is turning, how can I turn it from 719.768 to 361.242 by using closer direction?

Go from 719.768 to 721.242

From what I understand, G41/G42 doesn't work well with subs. And it really requires inside corners to have a radius larger than the tool.

When I read tool tip radius, I think of turning tools, as Terry said.

You can specify the cutter radius along with G41/G42 by using the P word.

G41 P3 for a 6mm diameter cutter. This method doesn't use the vales in the tooltable.
