You will not be able to use the Parallel Port with a x64 processor even if the OS is 32 bit. I tried it with Win10 and caused a devastating crash.
That is why I was skeptical about UC100 that seems to have software written for the very old DOTNET 2.0.
But I was skeptical because the .net version they are using is ONLY version DOTNET 2.0.
"UC100 DOES NOT WORK WITH NOTEBOOK WITH WINDOWS 10 64 Bit & WINDOWS 7 x64" was what I read from someone at CNCZONE weeks ago.
On CNCDRIVE info on UC100That is a link to a .NET update that needs to be installed when using XP. It's NOT saying that the UC100 is XP only.
