Some chinese motion controllers don't support probing properly. I'll send you an alternate set of macros later today that may work better. I don't have them here with me now.

Are you using the parallel port, or a motion controller?
If motion controller, which one?

If the script is a button script, then yes, it's saved in the screen. Download a screen editor like Screen4, open and save the screen with a new name for each profile.
In Mach3, use View >Load Screen to load the specific screen for each profile. Then edit the macros in each profile.

What version of Mach3 are you using? If it's a very old version, then the 2010 screenset may not work with it.


If you mount a fixed plate to your spoilboard ("desk"?), then the 2010 auto zero should do what you want, if I understand you correctly.

I highly recommend learning Mach3 with the default screenset before using the 2010 Screenset, as understanding mach3 will make using the 2010 Screenset easier.

I appears on a screen "clearance plane must> 0- Please reset"
But I can not change zero "clearance plane", I can not activate "Manual spindle control" or "machine coordenates".
When "use safe Z" I get a code that also do not understand how to activate.

On the toolchange tab, enter the clearance plane value, and hit the "Enter" key.
In Mach3, you always need to hit enter after entering values into DRO's

I can not activate "Manual spindle control" or "machine coordenates".

Manual Spindle control does not activate the spindle. It just stops the toolchange macro to wait for the user to start the spindle during the tool change.

Machine coordinates are always displayed. There is no button or method to turn them on or off.

Could you help me somehow? Is there any manual settings? And if it is not too much to ask ... is not there something in Spanish?

When you set up the new PC, did you copy your license file into the Mach3 folder?

3.043.066 has many serious bugs. Try using 3.043.062.

Backlash does not display in the DRO. The DRO is the commanded position, not the actual position. Most likely, what you're seeing is that the display is rounded off, due to your steps/unit settings.
