Are you cutting inside the shape or outside.

Looking at the code you don't have a lead in or out. Will you post me more detail and a DXF file and I will look into it in more detail.

Are you wanting a tutorial list or code to make parts,  I wrote a 'how to' guide that shows examples of the common G and M code uses.  If I can work something out with Benny then I am willing to publish this on the site.  Its about 50 A4 pages with diagrams, code and explanations.

Here are 2 pages from the guide (low res screen capture)

Edit:-  I have one for Lathe and one for Milling.

Have you got the 2 motors running in the same direction?

Are they mounted mirror style or in parallel?

If mirrored they need to run in opposite directions.
