A picture of the 4 axis board may help, the Chinese ones are a real pain.

Go to the diagnostics screen in mach3 and then press each limit switch in turn and see if you see the correct limit led change state on the screen.

Is there no z-- limit switch fitted?

Take a picture of the contacts on the estop on the machine and post it here

Put this macro into your C:\Mach3\Macros\profile_name

Then turn on the use feed option like the image.

In MDI type M80 R********* where ********* is the radius of your part

Hit return and that will set the value in the background.

A picture of your ports and pins screen would be a good starting point

No Idea, what is under advanced setup

627
Set the rotation radius in the settings tab in mach3

On the CD that came with the card there will be a folder with the USB driver in, it will be a .dll

This needs to be copied into C:\Mach3\Plugins

Start Mach3 and select the USB driver.  Then you need to set your ports and pins as per your machine setup.

That all depends what your estop is doing now.

if you can attach another set of contacts or you have a spare pair then run a wire from ground to one side and another from the second side to an input on your bob and tell mach that that input is e-stop

Can you post some pictures of the control and the board inside it, did you get any software with it, if its USB there will be a driver you need to load/copy into Mach3

When you start Mach3 go to menu 'Function Cfg's' and click on 'Reset Device sel...'  Close Mach3 and start it again, post a picture of the small device window that pops up.
