You can set an enable in Mach to turn the relay on a lot of boards use pin 14 or it could be it needs a chargepump signal.

Some pictures of the board may help us.

Some of these boards come with a copy of mach3 and a .lic file do not use it delete it and setup the machine in demo mode with a downloaded version from the web site.

Some of these board use strange port number combinations so inputs may be on port 3 and outputs on port 2.

What documentation did you get with the board?  Attach it here so we try and help more.

Get Mach3 here :- https://www.machsupport.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/Mach3Version3.043.exe

Its probably an enable or it needs a second power input, there should be a CD with it with a manual also a pirate copy of Mach3 is usually included, if you use that you will have problems.

I have spoken to the author of the plugin and mach3 can not use all the ports due to the limitation in Mach3s ports and pins table.

Not enough information,  some pictures would help and a bit more info like do you have it tool changing now or are you wanting a M6Start.m1s macro to control your tool changer.

If yes we need to know Lathe, mill, router, something else, how it works, what outputs it uses, what inputs check what, then we may be able to help.

Are we talking after midnight when the demand is low?

Or this will delay all movement until it times out

So use something like :-

The ESS has inputs for spindle encoders on port 3 so it can thread

Normally on a servo system when you disable mach you disable the drives too and then they output nothing

Why would you expect mach4 to change when disabled.
