Posting a copy of the macro will help.

G-Code, CAD, and CAM discussions / Re: Running four axis simultaneously
« on: August 22, 2021, 02:10:26 PM »
You only have one planner so so all movement is blended, to be able to move different axis at different speeds and feeds you need multi planner controllers where 2 or more gcode files can be run and synced so that more that one operation can be done.

Mach4 was designed to do this in the industrial version.

Your machine axis is reversed

Poor shielding of cables, not enough earthing, no common earthing between devices and many many more can cause this.

#50=[#2002+2]

What is the +2 about?

Have you tried it this way :-

#50=[[#2002]+2]

Mach4 General Discussion / Re: Rounding of top corners

In some cad systems you can reduce the feed for Z moves or reduce the amount of overlap onto the top face or extend the Z height above the top face.

Its loosing steps, probably on the rapid up moves, lower the acceleration and the velocity on the z axis by half and see if that helps.  Once you have a good part you can up the rate again until it fails then back off 10%

General Mach Discussion / Re: Mach3 and a chinese usb controller

It all depends if there is a USB driver/plugin for the board in the controller, it might be a good idea to take the lid off and post some pictures so we can see if we have seen it before.

It looks to be progressing deeper as the job goes so it could be loss of rapid retract steps or is the board lifting toward the middle or as already stated is the bed parallel to the axis rails.

From the start its too deep into the material as per your drawing.

How is the material held down on the table, vacuum table or side clamps.
