Have you checked to see if the machine is moving the correct amount by MDI

e.g.

In MDI dro enter

G92 X0 Y0 Z0
G00 X1.

this will zero out the machine at what ever point it is at and then move 1 inch in the plus direction

You may be loosing steps on the rapids or high feeds, that can make thing get out of place.

If its moving ok then if you post the file(s) I will have a look.

It looks as if the clipboard thinks its Rich Text Format(RTF).

Cut and paste it to notepad and then SaveAs a Text file.

I think you need to remove the G99 and insert G01

G99 is normally only used in canned cycles e.g. G81, G82 Etc.

Loops are done in mach with :-

M98 P100 L25

M98  =     call sub program with loop code in
P100 =    program number to call
L25   =    number of times to call sub program.

Hi,

The motors when still will hum, this is normal.

If you want to test your movements then here is a small program to try out.

Set an A4 sheet of paper in the middle of your table with the long way front to back,  zero out the X & Y axis in the middle of the paper, draw a cross corner to corner to find the middle.  Then set the pen so it is just touching the paper. Zero out the Z axis DRO.

Cut and paste this program into notepad and save it as test.tap

Load the program into Mach3 and run it

The program will draw a square a circle and some text to tell you the size it had drawn, check the size.
