You may need to tune the acceleration on the Z axis to allow it to ramp up the speed, try halving it and see if that helps, you may be asking it to take the weight of the head too fast.

I think you will find that the inputs and outputs are on different port numbers. Do a search for bitsensor on the forum.

Make sure you use a genuine licence file, NOT the one that came with it.

I assume you have a genuine licence file and you are not using one that came with the board.  You seem to have been having problems with this since 06-06-2015.

When the controller is connected it is creating the moves from commands sent from mach, when not Mach is calculating the profile.
