on the first run lets say that the error is 0.5mm too deep, on the second run with no resetting of the datum is the error in depth 0.5mm or 1.0mm

You say the error is duplicated but is the error twice what it was with a single run?

Did the tool feed into the top of the second part at depth plus the previous error?

What I want to know is if the error is incrementing or not.

Is the value always the same?

If you run again without resetting datums using fresh stock is the error doubled?

The linear axis will be mm/min and the rotary will be deg/min and the movement blended so all start and stop at the given points.

Make sure you have CV turned on by putting a G64 in the start of the program and remove any G61's

I had a quick look at your code and it looks fine, I think you may be loosing steps in the Y axis.

Try a feed rate of .35mm/rev and adjust the depth of cut to allow this feed rate.

What do you have set in your steps per for the A axis.  You need to have it set for a one degree movement.
