Or turn the spindle index de-bounce to zero and see if that helps, if not keep adjusting it up 25 at a time and see if the reading improves.

Check the file 'LastErrors.txt' in the mach3 folder.

If you look in the Mach3 folder you will find some backup XML files copy the current one out and replace it with a file with a much older date stamp and see if that works.

Sorry you are not making any sense, you talk about diameter and then tell me you are on a mill.

Make you mind up and show some pictures of your machine and then we may be able to help.

What type of machine are you using and why do you have to swap between radius and diameter mode?

Spindle speed is determined by the tools used and the materials being cut not.
