Mach3 will not do 3D arcs, turn off helical/spirals in the post processor and try again.

Don't forget to cancel with G52 X0 at the end of the code section. There are lots of examples on here of how to use the command.

Use G52 instead it is a local shift and will offset as you expect, G92 is to be used instead of G54

I have seen this with g-code that uses R instead of I & J it is to do with the 180 degree rule and the shortest path.  Could be something totally new as well

If you do not have a drawing or a computer model of the part then a spindle probe and digitizing is the answer.  Ask the customer for the profile of the part.

The forum already has a file with the name you are trying to attach.  Change the name of the file your trying to attach and all should be good.

CAD & CAM work in many different ways and some suite some people better than others so the best thing is to try a few and find one that fits the way you work and think.

Try CAMBAM for a start, its free and very capable.
