You can change the Home Negative  state under the config/ Homing and Limits

It is free in the latest version of Mach3 :) Just look under File at the top of mach 3 .

Off the record I will tell you that I have done exactly what you would like to do :) I say set it up and see what happens...

I would get the best PC that I can get for the money... Don't go to nuts  ;D

It sounds like you have some THC settings that are not setup right :( You will need to contact them about the settings. I don't have one of there boards here to test with.

Change the setting close the Homing and limits dialog. Then you need to close Mach3. By closeing Mach3 you are backing up all the settings.

That should work :)
