Well... I think I need to see what we are working with. Do you have a Pic of the machine and what you are using for a drive on the machine? Also can you tell me if the rate that you go around the circle changes the amount of ovaling  that you have?

Please run the file in exact stop and see if that fixes the trouble

I think I know the problem and it has to do with the CV fix that was done... If Exact stop fixes the problem we will look at how to change your settings.
thanks

As I have time I will change the mouse pointer and make it so you can change the size of the video window...

Also I have a few bug fixes to this for the next release.

Have a look at the settings... You have the Y and Z axis settings set to about 27 IPM and the X is about 67

if it is noise try this as a file
G00 X0.0
G4 P1
G00 X6.0 Y0.0
G12 I3 F100000
M47

Let this run for 20 min and check to see how far off it is from where it started with a dial indicator. I would set the inicator at X 0.0 and check it during the 1sec dwell that you have in the file.

thanks

Do you know the pinout for the cable? if it is all step and direction lines you "could" get it to work... BUT for $114.00 each you can get new drives and make the machine a better machine...

PMDX CNC4PC CNCbuilding blocks.... pick any ... have a look on the web

thanks

Hello Ted,
After looking at your XML I think you need to set your Y axis to a higher velocity then 27 IPM... I can see that you have the X set to about 67 IPM and the Y and Z are down to about 27... You need to select the Axis that you are going to select on the dialog and after you enter that data please save the axis settings and then you can set the next axis.

thanks
