The Extra lines in the drawing is a bug in the importer code..
We have a bug report to the place that is doing the DXF importer code... if we don't hear from them soon we will bump them again...

Once that is fixed we will work on the offset code :)

The esc Key is not something that you should  use :( The Esc key is hard coded into the software as a STOP NOW in Gcode moves... I would  use the ~ key.

Yes, you need to rest your motor steps per unit, accel and Vel settings. also please select the units that you are going to set the machine up with under Config/Units

That should get you what you need.

It will do proportional if you use a joystick that is  proportional... it will not work with keygrabber.

Lcam  should do that now...  you select the outer chain and tell it to pocket and you are done :)
