The top if the part is Z zero... I code everything that I do to take a neg or pos value As for offsets in the program... I think you are seeing where the program is being offset for the Dia of the endmill.

If you have a G00 in the program it will run at Rapid until a g1,2,3 is reached

Can you see the screen set 1024.set in the Mach3 directory? If you can go under View/Load Screen and load the 1024.set...
