Download the newest Rev of mach3 from the Web and it will fix your problem.

The NCPod is a smaller devise that  has only 6 in, 6 out, 6 home inputs and 6axis output. the G100 is 16 in, 16 out, 6 home inputs ,6Axis encoder inputs and 6axis output. The NCPOd is only 75KHz and the G100 is 4 Mhz... For a simple router the NCPod should work great.

I just tested it here and it is working... it could be the settings that you have for your machine... What are your steps per unit?

Use Mach3 and you can put an Enable line for every axis and thst should fix your problem. The outputs that you need are called Enable1-6 1=x and so on...

David,
if you re going to cut for money I think it is best to just get new drives and motors. It will cost you about 5000 to get it up and running. It will also take 10% of the time of trying to use the old stuff (I have been down that road)...

Yes mach3 will do all 3 axis at the same time and if you add 3 more it will do all 6 at the same time ;)

Can you get the spec's off your motors and post them. I think we can find you some servo amps that will work :) OR if you would like to have better motors and drives you can buy Drives and motors from Automationdirect.com . It will cost you about 1500 (1Kw) an axis (Cheaper then any Facuc part I have ever seen)

I would use a Rex if there was new firmware... It just is not at a level that I think it should be at ;( We should have had new firmware by now... I hear that it is still getting worked on!  :o
