The network is looking for the speed of a network that you may hookup... Disable the Nic stuff in the Device Manager and see if that helps.. IF so we can see how to get the Nic to work with it after that.

Thanks
Brian

You need to lock the network speed and that should fix the problem :)

We do this because we don't want to miss steps.... If every one ran servos with Accels set at 150in/sec^2 we could give you the faster rate :)

Sorry
Brian

IT looks like your computer is looking for a network speed... set it to only be 10Mb/sec That should fix it... and you can look to see what is on in MSconfig.

John you crack me up  :o

In the US I will be showing a machine with Encoders on the steppers... When the machine is running I can hit the table and stop the axis, the machine will go into an Estop because it has exceeded the Max following error... Once that has happened I can grab each axis and move them by pushing on them to insure that I have missed a proper number of steps :) I press reset and all my DRO's change to show the true position and  I am back up and running!

This will be running at the show and I will Demo it for any one that would like to see it :) (Very cool to see!)

Still  looks like fun from here!  8)

I think the next mill I do will be a VMC that is inclosed... The knee mills are nice but it is time to build a mill that will do 1000IPM with a 10000 Rpm spindle.... may be a bit more then the pod can do ;(

O well it is a dream and I can have it any way I like it!

Hello Jim,
In the pic Pd0 - PD7 should work as an output :) So as you can see if you hook to Pd0 you need to set the pin number to "2"

That is about the best I could find in the docs

Thanks
