I have seen a prox used to do this in the past... It seemed to me to be the best way because it can be covered in oil and still work great :)

I think the first thing is to get the wizard working right... I think there is a copy of the wizard int he files section of the yahoo group. If you can't find it tell me and I will give you a hand

1. I don't know because I don't use ACad :( But i do know that at some point we will be adding in the splines to Lcam

2. for now you are going to have to do it in the cad program. (this will change as well)
