Sounds like you have a smaller servo system... 30V is not a very high voltage for a servo system, did you make the drive system or did it come with the router?

I think you should look into the optimization and see if there is something in there that is making the spikes..

Mach3 has less phase jitter than mach2... So you should get better speed out of mach3 :)

If you put a line Inc of 5 it will do the following

N5
N10
N15
N20 ....


If you have an Inc of Zero it will not put in the line numbers :) (that is how I line it ;) )
