you need to run the driver test and see if you see a graph that looks like a nice flat line... (To run the driver test you must have mach3 closed)

enter the tool dia that you would like to use into the Dia dro on the settings page. You also need to have the dia set for the right tool number... Look up the G41/G42 and tool table for more info.

G52 is a much better way to go :)

In the Fanuc's you can't have both G92 and Fixture offsets at the same time... So please stick to the Offsets and all will be good ;)

There is a setting under the Configs that will set the DRO's to zero on startup...
