it works here :) Be sure that you are looking at the Axis Pos on the right hand side of the screen.

The Write wizard will only do one like at a time :( I would run the Write wizard a few times, then use copy and past to get the gcode into one file.

I cn help just keep posting questions and we will do the best that we can :)

The Probe maco that I did will do the following:

1. Drop the tool down till it hits the switch
2. pick the Tool up one unit (1inch in my case)
3 Set the Z postition to 1

Try setting the debounce to about 1500 under the Logic settings :)

Sorry the calcs that I did at first were all based on the 500 line encoder :)

The 45KHz is per axis so you are okay...

I found the problem and I have fixed it :)

I have a few more things that I am working on so it is going to be a few days till the release is ready..

Try:
G13 I.5 F10

IF you have the flats it is time to start working on the mill :(  Check your gibs and see that you have good  nuts on the screws.
