If you post your XML and an example progam I can tell you what the problem is... The XML is in the Mach3 Directory and is called Mach3Mill.XML

Thank you

Could you post an example program? I will take a look at the program and tell you why it will not run.

Thank you
Brian

Sorry about that  :-[

The license that you get will be good for every version of Mach3 that we ever do :)

I think BobCad has a post for Mach3. What version are you running? and is there anyone with a post?

Mach3 and G-Rex / Re: G-100 and G-340

The Encoders need to be hooked to the G340's

The 24+ is the +common for the inputs. and the common is powers by the 12V power supply

Look at the YahooGroup GeckoDrive and in the files section you will find more info on how to hook up the Grex

Hook the spindle encoder to the C axis on the G100

Hope that helps

We ran one of Steve's (PMDX) spindle sensors on the lathe at the workshop... It worked good but the steppers on the lathe were a little small... Steve is taking a CNC Mill home from the workshop so he will be a little bit getting back to you.

Good luck

You may have to put on a pull up resistor... OR look into a breakout board.

CV Will not work in the file that you have posted... The G00 moves are not CV moves only G01,G02 and G03 moves. I have shown an example of your file so you can see all the G00's. I think if you changed them to G01's you would be VERY happy :)
