I did a few more tests at 200IPM on some very small parts :) I can tell you that the newer version of Mach4 is going to do MUCH better! I am sitting down to draw out a test Gcode file for the Grex now and after that I will have a base for all the testing that I am going to be doing  8) As soon as i am done with the Gcode file I will post it here so you can test your Mach3 mills on it ...

So I cn fix the spindle but what you are telling me is that the Jog is not working for the Z axis... That is odd... I think you need to change the axis jog keys and you will be all set :) Now for the Z axis being the wrong way I can fix that! Spindle should be working and I will have a look at that too
