We have firmware that we use in the pod... you need to have the SD card but the gcode is not saved on it We send moves to a buffer telling the device where to be every mS

I could tell you about how to make an interface but you have some of the best helping you! This Forum is a great place and the guys here are top notch!

You may want to keep an eye on the Flash stuff that Benny and Jason are working on... That is some very cool stuff!

If you program with IJK's you can do a full circle... you can't do a full circle in R mode (No other program can because there is a math problem with doing that)

sounds like you need to have a debounce... try putting in 2000 and see if you still have the trouble

You need to have G41/42's in the program. Also you need to have G40's to turn off comp

Press the enter key on the screen and it should send you back to mach3 with the Gcode loaded ready to cut!
