Nice you are getting real work done! You have to love it when you can just sit back and see the holes get taped :) I was doing 4-40 holes at 1500 RPM at work, Taping is WAY faster than drilling the holes if it is done with the right tap.

I I don't know anything about the MaxNC wave drives... Is this a wave drive? I think there are a few guys on the group running the Max CN Mills.

Art will know what you need to do when he gets back in a few days.
thank you
Brian

Terry I don't do Probe work in the Gcode :) I do everything in VB... In VB you can tell it to Probe down and after it is done to move Up off the part X amount. If I can get you into VB I can help you MUCH more!

So would you like to do VB?

LazyCam 1.01 Update here: http://www.machsupport.com/LazyCam.zip

There are a few very small updates:
1. The move button will update all of the Leadin properties now
2. The Rapid Height in the layer dialog wouldn't take a none integer value... (No so good if you cut in inch)

I am working on the Dot Width Diffusion, Drilling code (Points), and there is a small bug putting on a leadin on some chains...
All and all it seems to be going well, I can see that the base code that Art and I worked on is going to be very robust!

Thank you to everyone that is helping with the testing
Brian

Hard telling what the problem is at this time... I am going to get the other problems that I can see first but after that I may need you to do a little testing for me. :)

I think you are in Inc Jog mode :) OR you have the Slow jog rate set VERY low...

Hope that helps

Sounds to me like you are ready to make some chips :)

Put the sub at the end of the program...

Good luck.

USB (1) is about 6Mps and the Ethernet is 10/100Mps so you are going to get Much faster data in ethernet.  as for the small moves Art is going to be working on that when he gets back. We are thinking about blending the small lines into curves but I don't know how that will go...

Hope that is a little help
